Happiness doesn’t have to be big or loud. In fact, it often tiptoes in during small moments. The Happiness Project is designed to capture those moments and inspire—based on how the compact can have so much consequence. Here is an example from Katerina Karasyova, Senior Facility Manager for Cushman & Wakefield:
Moment of Happiness
What brings me happiness is making the best of any situation, in the middle of a pandemic working from home with kids can be extremely challenging especially when you are trying to balance, life, homeschooling, work, the house, laundry and a long list of other to do items. Looking on the bright side of things the bond my kids have built over the last year is priceless. Having the ability to spend even a 5 min break watching them play, and grow together has been the best feeling in the world.
Creating Happiness
For me creating happiness for others is putting a smile on their face, helping someone believe in themselves, making a great situation even better and a bad situation a little easier to swallow.
Helping someone feel inspired and empowered to be the best version of themselves, believe that they can achieve anything and they don’t have to do it alone, they have a support system and a cheerleader.
