Happiness doesn’t have to be big or loud. In fact, it often tiptoes in during small moments. The Happiness Project is designed to capture those moments and inspire—based on how the compact can have so much consequence. Here is an example from Craig Smith, Owner and Lead Consultant at The Big Picture People (www.thebigpicturepeople.co.uk)

Moment of Happiness

My moment of happiness is my new bike which is living in my office with me at the moment partly due to lack of room in my garage and partly because I love looking at it. My bike represents freedom and satisfying my wanderlust at weekends when I can get out into the countryside and enjoy the beauty of the world and all of the wildlife that has emerged while humans have been locked down. It’s an opportunity to recharge my batteries and realise how grateful I am for my health, fitness and for the beautiful planet we live on. When I’m on my bike, I can put behind me the pressures of work, recalibrate and get perspective on life in general.

Defining Happiness

Living life to the full with no regrets and squeezing something out of every minute of our existence.

Creating Happiness

I have a passion for helping organisations and individuals achieve their full potential. I believe that ALL work should be engaging, stimulating and meaningful. My goal is to help clients to create an environment where this is possible, whatever sector they operate in.
