Happiness doesn’t have to be big or loud. In fact, it often tiptoes in during small moments. The Happiness Project is designed to capture those moments and inspire—based on how the compact can have so much consequence. Here is an example from Elizabeth Joy, CEO, Joy Society:

Moment of Happiness

Sitting in my backyard brings me instant happiness.  Nature is my go-to when I need to ground myself, when I’m stressed, and when I just received good news.  No matter what the circumstance, nature couples well…. and a little teal to go with it never hurts : )

Defining Happiness

Happiness is feeling, a vibe.  When you feel it, you smile, just because.

Creating Happiness

I used to hold myself responsible for changing the world but over time, that weight became too heavy and I realized that being the light is how I can be the change I want to see. For me, being the light means exuding positive energy and acceptance which creates a great feeling for everyone present.
