Happiness doesn’t have to be big or loud. In fact, it often tiptoes in during small moments. The Happiness Project is designed to capture those moments and inspire–based on how the compact can have so much consequence. Here is my own example:

One of the things that gives me happiness is watching the antics of the squirrels on our feeder. Sitting in front of the computer all day, every day in my home office can be intense, but the window is access to the some nature and gives me moments of happiness. In this pic, I think it looks like the squirrel on the top is coaching and encouraging the squirrel trying to get past the barrier–that’s a good friend!
